Rotator Cuff :For a while I'm on my torn rotator cuff (PASTA lesions) written, well this week I went to the hospital for a shoulder scan to tear the search for a SLAP lesion. Just to be clear about the differences here, the terms:
PASTA Tear - Partial Articular Sided tendon avulsions, which means in terms that you and I can understand that you are one of the four partially torn rotator cuff muscles. In my case, I'm torn supraspinatus my part.
SLAP tear - Superior labrum tear from front to back, which means that the labrum is torn from the bone, the cartilage lining on the inside of the shoulder socket.
