Gavin DeGraw:Singer Gavin DeGraw at a New York City hospital ran late Sunday night after they attacked, his spokesman confirmed to The Hollywood Reporter.

Gavin spokesman says he is still under observation at Bellevue Hospital tonight ... but would not be specific about his injuries.
