Dzong Tibetan means to manage a fortress, where the judge or dzongpens sitting area. Therefore, the Chinese had once said that Tawang would have been her area, had it not for Big Bob Khathing Manipuri adventurer who in 1951 occupied the territory of India. The truth is that was laid during the McMahon Line in 1914 between British India and Tibet, had refused to speak to the Chinese, participated in the deliberations, it was never defined - ie, the boundary lines were never laid on the floor.
